Meet the Team
The people behind Wash GEC.
Kole Greffin
Founder & President
Kole has spent the past two years leading and scaling Wash GEC, overseeing both day-to-day operations and behind-the-scenes product development initiatives. He recently graduated from High Point University with a degree in Sales and Entrepreneurship and now works full time growing the business. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Kole relocated to Charlotte seven years ago.
Will Voisard
Director of Sales & Operations
Will began working behind the scenes for Wash GEC in 2024 while attending the University of Cincinnati. He joined Wash GEC full time at the beginning of 2025 as Director of Sales & Operations. Will grew up in Sidney, Ohio, and moved to Charlotte last year.
Owen Mader
Business Development Manager
Owen started as a project consultant in 2025 and officially joined the team in 2026 as Business Development Manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree from High Point University and lives in York, Pennsylvania, where he grew up.
