While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues may affect delivery. Wash GEC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

Wash GEC offers international shipping to many destinations. Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees. International orders may also experience longer shipping times due to customs processing.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Wash GEC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or any other reason and is returned to Wash GEC, we will contact you to verify the correct address and arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Wash GEC will do its best to assist, but order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
