Held October 5–7 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the event brought our team together with the car wash community to introduce this new product line and showcase selected Wash GEC lighting and control solutions, including Prism Plus 2.0 and Luminova Pulse.

For our team, the occasion reflected a growing commitment to helping operators improve wash presentation, equipment maintenance, and chemical application through products designed around the demands of commercial car wash environments.

Introducing Rainmaker: A New Product Line from Wash GEC

The official launch of Rainmaker expands Wash GEC’s offering into chemical application equipment. Made in America, the line includes applicators, foam generators, and service components designed to support controlled delivery and straightforward maintenance.

Rainmaker gives operators several ways to approach an application upgrade, from replacing selected components to planning a complete system.

The Storm: Application Options for Different Wash Requirements

The Storm features a polished 304 stainless-steel application bar with precision laser-cut holes for rinse and foam applications.

Two variants provide different coverage patterns. The Storm Straight Line uses a single centered application row, while The Storm Double Coat uses two offset rows to create overlapping applications in a single pass. Double Coat configurations include rinse and single-, dual-, or tri-color foam applications.

For operators evaluating an application system, this distinction matters: the application pattern should suit the chemistry, intended coverage, and tunnel layout.

Rainmaker Curve: Three Application Configurations

The Rainmaker Curve family offers a compact platform with three application options:

  • Curve Zero delivers defined streams for controlled chemical and foam application.
  • Curve V-Jet uses V-Jet nozzles to provide wider coverage.
  • Curve Zero-V combines defined streams with V-Jet coverage.

The family includes upgrade packages, complete systems, multiple-Curve sets, and tri-foam configurations. Upgrade packages include the applicator and fittings for use with an existing suitable bracket and foam generator. Complete systems include the foam generator and mounting bracket.

Understanding that difference helps operators select the appropriate package for an existing installation or a new application.

Quick Clean: Serviceability as Part of Equipment Selection

The Rainmaker Quick Clean Foam Generator, removable insert, and replacement media pads are designed to simplify cleaning and media replacement.

For a busy wash, maintenance access is an important consideration alongside application performance. Components that are straightforward to remove and service can make routine upkeep easier for the team responsible for daily operation.

Featured Wash GEC Lighting: Prism Plus 2.0

Alongside the Rainmaker launch, Wash GEC featured Prism Plus 2.0, our flagship RGBW tunnel light.

Prism Plus 2.0 combines animated color effects with a dedicated 5000K white light. More than thirty lighting effects—including chasing patterns, gradients, and scrolling—give operators options for creating a distinctive tunnel appearance. Brightness, colors, speed, and effects can be adjusted through the Lotus Lamp app or included remote.

The six-foot, 200W fixture features an IP67-rated enclosure and includes an external DC48V power supply and stainless-steel mounting hardware.

For operators, RGBW offers flexibility in both color presentation and white illumination. A dedicated white-light channel provides an additional option when planning how different areas of the tunnel should look.

Featured Wash GEC Lighting Control: Luminova Pulse

Luminova Pulse was another featured product within Wash GEC’s lighting control range. This compact smart DMX controller supports synchronized lighting across compatible fixtures.

Pulse includes twenty pre-loaded scenes, four input triggers, on-device LCD controls, and WiFi/web access. It can operate standalone or with a cloud connection, providing options for how operators manage their lighting system.

Its input triggers allow scenes to respond to configured signals from the wash system. Planning those connections helps determine how lighting will behave during operation.

When selecting a lighting system, the fixture and its control method should be considered together. Prism Plus 2.0 uses app and remote control, while Luminova Pulse is designed for compatible DMX fixtures, including Prism Accent DMX.
