Warranty
Wash GEC provides a standard two (2) year warranty on all lighting products from the date of purchase. Digital signs come standard with a one (1) year warranty, but two (2) and three (3) year warranties are available for an additional fee.
Digital Menu Lead Times
Digital menus typically have a lead time of eight (8) weeks from the order date. Expedited air freight is available, resulting in a two (2) week lead time. Customers are responsible for expedited freight charges and must make Wash GEC aware of any expedited freight requests at the time of order.
Lighting Lead Times
Lead time for in-stock lighting products is approximately two (2) weeks. For larger orders or full-site lighting projects, Wash GEC recommends placing orders eight (8) weeks in advance of the desired on-site delivery date. We appreciate your cooperation in an effort to meet expected delivery timelines and provide a first-class customer experience.
Payment Terms
Wash GEC currently accepts ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments. Payment in full is required when the order is placed.
